TCS-ILP _YOUR JOINING FORMALITIES

Dear Associate,


With great pleasure we welcome you aboard TCS - Initial Learning Program (ILP), scheduled to begin on 29th Dec'11 at TCS HYDERABAD . We wish you a great career ahead with TCS.

As communicated earlier in your joining letter & Your Job Location is Hyderabad. Request to make your own arrangements for Accommodation.

As communicated to you through various forums during the recruitment process, your appointment is subject to completion of your course within the stipulated time as specified by your University/College.

The eligibility criteria as per TCS is 60% and above in academic records (10th to Highest Degree).

To ensure a hassle-free joining at TCS, you are requested to ensure that:
• You have completed the first phase of National Skills Registry (NSR) registration online at https://nationalskillsregistry.com.

• You bring along the completed Background Check (BGC) forms - Demand Drafts , which may be mentioned in some of the BGC forms, do not have to be submitted.


The following documents are mandatory at the time of joining :

Individual semester mark sheet issued by the university till date
Course Completion

Provisional certificate has to be submitted during ILP.

This mail has four parts to guide you further on the documents required as part of your joining formalities.

Please make sure that you read all four parts of this mail:
Part 1 - Documents Check list (Set 1 & 2)
Part 2 - BGC Forms and CID Forms.
Part 3 - Reporting Address
Part 4 - Service Agreement Demo :To guide you on how to fill the Service Agreement Forms


All documents mentioned below are mandatory at the time of joining.


Part 1 - Documents Check list Set 1 (Service Agreement, Surety, Medical Certificate)

1. Service Agreement( INR 100 stamp paper – ensure that the text of the Agreement starts from the stamp paper itself)
2. Surety verification form/Surety’s passport copy (attested by Gazetted officer.)
3. Surety’s PAN card (attested by Gazetted officer)
4. Surety’s proof of income: you can submit any one of the following:

Photocopy of latest IT Returns/Saral /Form 2D/ Form 16/ Form 12B (Assessment year 2010- 2011 or 2011-2012) – attested by Gazetted officer

OR

If your surety is an agriculturalist then the following income proofs have to submitted
1.Photocopy of the Land Deed or Land Passbook (Attested By Gazetted officer)
2. Recent valuation certificate of the property (in English only) from the Competent Authority duly signed and sealed. The present market estimate of property should not be less than INR.50, 000.

OR

Original Fixed deposit receipt of INR 50,000 in your name. The FD has to be marked either lien/joint account/assigned to TCS LTD for a period of 2 yrs.


5. Completed medical fitness certificate – duly filled and sealed. Make sure medical practitioner’s seal is preset on your photograph and the last page.
6. Non Criminal (Additional)l Affidavit undertaking on a Rs. 100/- stamp paper - Original

7. TCS Offer Letter - Self attested
8. Joining letter - Self attested
9. All Mark statements of of Class 10th & 12th – Original and 2 copies attested by Gazetted officer
10. Mark statements for all semesters of Degree/PG – Original and 2 copies attested by Gazetted officer
11. Consolidated mark statement of Degree – Original and 2 copies attested by Gazetted officer
12. Degree Certificate /Provisional Certificate – Original and 2 copies attested by Gazetted officer
13. Relieving letter(if you have previous work experience) – Original and 2 copies attested by Gazetted officer
14. Passport – Original and 2 copies attested by Gazetted officer
15. Pancard – Original and 2 copies attested by Gazetted officer
16. Birth Certificate - Original and one copy attested by gazetted officer

OR If birth certificate is not available or if it is in local language, Birth Affidavit in English on a Rs. 20 stamp paper – Original


Part 2 - BGC Forms and CID Forms

Documents to be submitted for Background Check (BGC )
* Completed Background Check form (hard copy of BGC Form - Off Campus (DT) Trainees.pdf).
* Self-attested copy of ID proof – One of these: PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, Voters ID card, College ID Card duly attested by HOD.
* Self-attested copy of address proof – One of these: Passport, Ration card, Electricity Bill, Landline Telephone Bill, House Lease Agreement.
* Self-attested and signed documents to explain break (if any) in education - (i) or (ii) or (iii):
(i) Medical records, if the break was due to medical reasons.
(ii) Certificates / Examination results, if the break was due to additional course done.
(iii) Affidavit on a Rs. 20 stamp paper with notary authorization, if the break was due to other personal reasons.
In case your residential address(present/permanent) is Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane City, Thane Rural or, Pune you need to submit Self-attested Criminal Investigation Division (CID) forms for the respective region+supporting documents mentioned within each form. This is in addition to the BGC form.

Please note that once the Smart Card details are submitted, you will be unable to update the same through this link.

  4. I do not remember filling preferences in TCS form. Any way I can change these or atleast where can I view what I have entered,Please.

    1. it's compulsory.., but you can submit your passport before completing ILP. No need to submit joining date itself.

  6. Is consolidated marksheet compulsory in bgc documents?. Can we show it while first day to joining or should we upload it before joining ?
